Your Premier Real Estate Agent

Recipient of Thurston County Realtors Star Agent Award

I began my real estate career as a full-time Broker in 1990, practicing Real Estate in the busy Portland, Oregon market place before coming to beautiful Olympia, Washington.

I specialize in Residential and Land sales, with an affinity for Homes on Land. I am well versed in short sale and REO transactions. I’ve been recognized nationally with the National Sales Award “The Dozen” for being in the top 5% of all Realtors nationwide.

I’m a graduate of the Masters Sales Academy for Realtors. I’ve also been an instructor for new real estate agents. I have my BA in Economics from Lewis & Clark College, and graduate studies in Counseling Psychology at St. Martin’s University.

I truly have an affinity for VA buyers/sellers and first-time buyers.

If you're relocating, I go out of my way to be sure you have all the information about neighborhoods, schools and services that is important to you. I am detail oriented and have a strong background in research. What I don't know, I will most certainly go find out! I ALWAYS return phone calls and emails the same day, most times the same hour. Your happiness & satisfaction with my services is deeply important to me.

What this means to you is that I have the caring and experience to make your next move fun and drama free! You truly can “Expect Excellence.”
